Yuma Police investigate stabbing

Yuma Police continue to investigate the circumstances surrounding a weekend stabbing.

Officers say they found a man with a stab wound near 12th Street and Avenue B just before 1:30 Sunday morning.

Paramedics took the victim to Yuma Regional Medical Center. He was not seriously hurt.

A short time later, police responded to another disturbance call just a few blocks away. Officer arrived to find another man they say was involved in the earlier event. He too had minor injuries.

At this point officers have made no arrests. They continue to investigate.
