Brush fire breaks out near San Diego

Yet another wildfire breaks out in California. This one is burning near San Diego.

The blaze started in Chula Vista around five Friday afternoon. It’s still unclear what sparked it.

Evacuations have been issued.

The San Diego area remains under a Red Flag Warning.
