Kids at Hope benefit concert preview

The second annual Kids at Hope benefit concert is taking place Saturday, 5th at the Yuma Historic Park. The gates to the event open at 4 p.m. and the event begin at 5 p.m.

Tim Hardy with Kids at Hope said they expect over two-thousand people to attend this year’s event.

” What people can expect on Saturday is probably the best concert that’s come to Yuma in years, ” said Hardy.

Hardy said four bands will take center stage to ‘wow’ the community and although it’s time to have fun, Hardy wants people to remember the message behind the music.

” It’s really that belief that all kids are capable of success no exceptions, ” said Hardy.

If you’re still looking for tickets to attend this year’s concert you can head over to their website for that information. Hardy also said that various locations through Yuma are selling tickets like Cafecito’s place this Friday and at the Yuma’s Visitor Center.

If you will be attending this event you are encouraged to bring lawn chairs as seating will not be available, but there will be vendors to provide food to families.
