New details: Yuma man arrested for child exploitation

A Yuma judge sets bail for a local man accused of child sex charges at $200,000.

Yuma police said the suspect used drugs and money to entice a 17-year-old into having a sexual relationship with him.

He now faces charges of luring a minor for sexual exploitation, and child sex trafficking.

Police took the man into custody on Tuesday. He faced a judge for the first time today.

The suspect returns to court Friday when he’ll be formally charged with the crimes.
