Accused sexual predator only charged with burglary
The man who was arrested Tuesday for allegedly breaking into a home and trying to molest two young children was only formally charged with burglary with sexual motivation.
Chase Black, 32, was arrested on five felony charges including aggravated assault of a minor and child molestation.
During Black’s second appearance in Yuma Justice Court, the judge kept Black’s bond at $60,000, but ordered that if Black posts bond he must wear an ankle monitor, and must not return to the home Black allegedly broke into early Monday morning.
Black is also awaiting trial for two felony counts of voyeurism. That is expected to begin in October.
