Concerned mother looking for missing couple in the area

A young couple is being reported missing in Imperial County and a concerned mother is coming to look for them.

20-year-old James Boley and his girlfriend Stacy May Best from Utah were last seen on a road between El Centro and Seeley.

Boley was wearing jeans and a white shirt. Best wore jeans and a pink shirt. Reportedly they had only one water bottle for both of them.

They came for the weekend and now Boley’s mother has not heard from them for over ten days. A cellphone belonging to Boley was found in a grocery store in Seeley. Authorities are going through its records.

Boley’s mother is concerned for the couple’s safety and wellbeing. She’ll be in the area on Saturday hoping for some good news.

Pamala Burgess, Boley’s mother, said, ” To start searching. We’re going to have flyers and stuff and we’re going to start searching the area for him and the surrounding areas, cover as much ground as we can. ”
