Altaire recalls eye drops and ointments from Walgreens

Altaire Pharmaceuticals is voluntarily recalling several over-the-counter eye products sold at Walgreens.

According to Altaire they are initiating the recall because of the possibility of the product not being sterile, which can result in serious and potentially life threatening infections or death.
