Level 3 sex offender residing in Yuma
The Yuma Police Department is notifying the community that Bobby Foster, 37 is now residing at 2620 S. 16 th Drive, Yuma, Arizona 85364.
According to YPD, Foster is described as 5 feet, 8 inches, 185 pounds, with brown hair and blue eyes.
On January 15, 2004, Foster was convicted of Lewd and Lascivious acts with a minor under 14 years old.
Foster is a level three sex offender. Level three sex offenders are listed as potentially having a high risk to re-offend.
