Level 3 sex offender now residing in Yuma community
Police are notifying the public of a level three sex offender who is now living in the city of Yuma.
The Yuma Police Department said 46-year-old Charles Edward Eaves is now living at the 2500 block of South Virginia Drive in Yuma. He is described as 6 feet, 230 pounds, with auburn hair and hazel eyes.
On March 15, 1993, Charles Edward Eaves was convicted of one count of fourth-degree criminal sexual conduct (Force or Coercion) (Sexually-Motivated), one count of third-degree criminal sexual conduct (Person 13 through 15) (Attempted & Sexually Motivated).
Charles Edward Eaves is a level 3 sex offender with a high risk to re-offend.
