WEEK OF MAY 27TH

” Éste es mi Mexico ” Drawing Contest
On Wednesday, May 29th , the Somerton Library is hosting a ” Éste es mi Mexico ” Drawing Contest! Children ages 6-14 are invited to the library at 1:00 p.m. to draw a picture of this year’s theme, “Idols and Figures of Mexico,” and be entered to win this nationwide drawing contest! There is no charge to participate.

Job Help
On Friday, May 31st , Arizona@Work Employment Specialist Cory Beck will be available at the Wellton Library from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. for one-on-one assistance with all aspects of job hunting. There is no charge to attend. Walk-ins are welcome, or call(928) 329-0990 to schedule an appointment.

Summer Reading
Beginning Saturday, June 1st , discover “A Universe of Stories” at Yuma County Libraries during the 2019 summer reading program! Visit any library to participate. All ages welcome!

Summer Reading programs and activities will be held through Saturday, July 13th . Special guests include wildlife expert Wildman Phil and Arizona Rick, the Balloon Cowboy!
