Level 2 sex offender now residing in Yuma community
Yuma police are warning the public of a level 2 sex offender who is now residing in the community.
Forty-nine-year-old Lorenzo Nelson now lives at the 200 block of North 15th Avenue in Yuma. He is described as 5 feet, 9 inches, 175 pounds, black hair, with brown eyes.
On October 3, 2000, Nelson was convicted of lewd and lascivious acts with a child under age 14. On August 24, 2005, he was convicted of failure to register a change of address.
Nelson is a level 2 sex offender with a medium risk to re-offend.
