111 surrender to Border Patrol agents near San Luis
111 Central Americans, consisting of mostly families, and children surrendered to Border Patrol agents near San Luis, Ariz., Tuesday morning, according to U.S. Customs and Border Protection.
The group crossed illegally through a breach in infrastructure with the help of a smuggler, CBP added.
