Community mourns passing of Monsignor Richard O’Keeffe
The Yuma community is mourning the loss of Monsignor Richard O’Keeffe.
Monsignor O’Keeffe passed away Thursday afternoon.
He was a pastor at Immaculate Conception Church in Yuma and was named Episcopal Vicor, Pastor Emeritus.
Monsignor O’Keeffe officiated countless weddings, baptisms and many other ceremonies for Catholic parishioners. He was also very active in the community.
