Pet Talk: Meet Tilly and Red
For this week’s Pet Talk, we meet two pets will both melt in your arms and make your heart melt.
A smooth-talking cat and a calm sweet pitty mix.
Both pets are currently up for adoption at the Humane Society of Yuma.
First is Tilly, a very vocal kitty that has been at the shelter for almost a month now.
She is a domestic shorthair only about 2 years old.
Tilly was dying to come out and play with the other cats in the room, and after being told she gets along well with other cats, even kittens, it all made sense.
She also gets along well around friendly dogs that are willing to let her be.
I was even told she is likely to want love before food!
Tilly is a very sweet cat who would make a great addition to any family.
And then there’s Red.
Red is a pit bull mix that has a coat that lives up to his name
Red is very well behaved on a leash and knows to play nice with other dogs.
Because of his bigger size., it is important to keep in mind that Red would work well with older kids and owners that can handle his weight.
Red was happy to be simply sniffing around the yard and wanted to go wherever we went.
He wanted nothing but belly rubs…and is truly a sweet dog ready for a great family to give him the love he deserves.
