Pet Talk: Meet Buddy and Logan
For this week’s edition of Pet Talk, we meet two young pets who just want to have fun.
A roly-poly cat and a strong but gentle pup.
First is Buddy, a 3-year-old domestic medium hair cat who will do anything for head scratches.
Not letting my hand go anywhere but his head for behind the ear rubs, Buddy lives up to his name.
A cat just wanting to pal around and go where you go, he would be perfect for someone who is willing to let him sit in your lap.
He is about 12 pounds which makes him perfect to snuggle up next to.
He gets along well with other cats and would work well with dogs too.
Ans second is Logan.
Logan is a two-year-old terrier and A merican pit bull mix.
His gray or “blue” coat and brown eyes make him a unique and beautiful pup.
He weighs in at about 53 pounds of pure muscle.
Don’t let that fool you though, Logan is as gentle and lovable as can be.
Tail always wagging, he was constantly on the lookout for treats.
Because Logan is still young, the shelter encourages potential owners with other dogs to bring them in for a meet and greet.
Both animals are available for adoption at the Humane Society of Yuma.
They are open Tuesday through Sunday and their number is 928-782-1621.
Because Logan has been at the shelter for more than 30 days, he is eligible for 50% off his adoption fee as part of the lonely hearts campaign.
