Mexican authorities stop suspect from cutting through international border

The U.S. Customs and Border Protection said Mexican authorities stopped a suspect from cutting through the international border fence between Mexicali and Calexico.

The suspect, Luis Gallardo, was caught on camera trying to cut through the border fence by authorities and was soon arrested, according to CBP.
