Fraud Seminar with YPD on Feb. 28
“Don’t be a victim – Fraud Seminar” at the 1st Bank Yuma on 4th Avenue and 17th Street on February 28. This event will go over how you can educate yourself on how to not become a victim of a scam. Jeff Byrd from 1st Bank Yuma and Det. Cale Thompson from the Yuma Police Department will be speaking at 11 a.m., 12 p.m., and 1 p.m. Each presentation lasts one hour. They will be providing information on your right and what to do if you are involved in a fraud situation.
