Tyson Foods recalling panko nuggets
Tyson Foods said they are recalling their fully cooked panko nuggets due to contamination of plastics.
The company said a small number of consumers have found tiny pieces of soft blue plastics in their chicken.
The contaminated shipments were shipped to club store distribution centers in Arizona, California, Illinois, Utah, and New Jersey.
The fully cooked panko nuggets are usually packed in five-pound bags.
Tyson says no injuries have been reported and the issue does not seem to be widespread.
