Astrology Basics
On Wednesday, January 9 and 23, visit the San Luis Library at 5:00 p.m. for Astrology Basics! Learn more about the planets, zodiac signs, astrological houses, and horoscopes. All ages welcome. There is no charge to attend.

K9 Demo
On Thursday, January 10, learn more about the furry heroes of the Arizona Department of Corrections at 10:30 a.m. at the Wellton Library! DOC officers will discuss the types of dogs selected, how dogs are trained, and what tasks they’re trained to perform as part of the DOC’s K-9 unit. Watch one of the dogs in action with an officer. There is no charge to attend.

Bowen Technique for Healing
On Thursday, January 10, the Foothills Library will host “Exploring the Bowen Technique for Healing” at 10:30 a.m. The Bowen technique is a gentle, hands-on approach to healing that signals a response in the brain, creating an impulse to re-align the body. Join certified expert Kasia Voorhies to learn more about this international healing practice that can address every system in the body. There is no charge to attend.
