Suspected car thief arrested after chase in Seeley

A suspected car thief was arrested after leading police on a car chase in Seeley Friday afternoon.

Police said they spotted a car believed to be stolen in El Centro. The driver of the car fled with police in pursuit. The car chase ended in Seeley next to the town’s market. A SWAT team arrived and forced the man to surrender.

The man is expected to be charged with car theft among other pending charges.
