Man arrested for luring a minor for sex, sentenced

The man arrested for luring a minor for sexual exploitation and criminal trespass was sentenced to 5 years in prison with 60 months intensive probation.

Forty-two-year-old Chad Diener, is also required to register as a sex offender.

Police say Diener was arrested in June for walking into a Yuma residence, before trying to lure a 10-year-old girl he didn’t know for sex in exchange for money.

Judge Brandon Kinsey was strict on his ruling of probation saying, “a violation is not going to go well for you.”
