Delta IV rocket launch rescheduled for Thursday
UPDATE
The launch of the Delta IV Heavy has been rescheduled for Thursday at 6:31 p.m. (MST), according to the United Launch Alliance’s Twitter page.

Following past delays, the United Launch Alliance will launch a Delta IV Heavy rocket out of Vandenberg Air Force Base in Central California Wednesday night.
According to the United Launch Alliance, the rocket launch had been previously delayed three times before due to high winds.
The launch is scheduled for Wednesday at 6:49 p.m., according to their Twitter page.

ULA also tweeted that the launch should be visible for Southern California residents minutes following liftoff.
