Locals react to chaos in Tijuana
Chaos erupted in Tijuana on Sunday when migrants attempted to cross into the United States.
Tear gas was thrown at migrants attempting to enter the U.S. and migrants were throwing objects at U.S. Border Patrol agents, according to CNN.
Locals offered their opinions to News 11 about the situation.

“It was wrong. There were children they’re shooting tear gas at them. That ain’t right. Trump is the one that is causing all of this. It’s his fault, I think,” said Richard, Yuma resident.
Not all Yuma area residents feel that way, some want law and order.
“I feel very sorry for the people in Tijuana, what they are suffering. We cannot afford to suffer that here. If they want to come over, they come over legally,” said Margaret, a Yuma resident.
As News 11 has reported for weeks, there has been an influx in the number of illegal immigrants crossing into our area.
