Court Report:Armed Robber formally charged
23-year-old Jimmy Mc Millan who was arrested for armed robbery at a Giant gas station in Yuma was formally charged on Wednesday.
Mc Millan is facing two felonies including aggravated assault and armed robbery with a knife.
He is being held at 50,000 dollars with his next hearing on November 29th at 4 p-m.
