Pet Talk: Meet “Armani” and “Sassy”

It’s the first Monday of November and as the temperatures cool down, this could be the perfect time to adopt a new pet.

First up is Armani. This gray and white cat arrived at the Humane Society of Yuma in September. His owner had to give him up due to housing issues. This domestic short hair tabby is expected to be about four-years-old. He’s really playful, loves to climb and enjoys the company of other cats. Armani will be neutered upon adoption.

Next is Sassy, a large German Shepherd. For a dog that just had puppies, it’s amazing how active she is. She loves to play fetch and knows several commands. Sassy deserves a family with an active lifestyle. Someone she could go running with would make for a great match. She was an owner turn-in and is said to be about six-years-old. She weighs a solid 79 pounds. Visit her today.

If you are interested either Purdy or Chester, you can call the Humane Society of Yuma at (928) 782-1621.

They are open Tuesday through Sunday. For more information you can head to Madison Kimbro’s Facebook page @MadisonKYMA.
