Get Air Yuma Trampoline Park opens its doors to the public
After months of anticipation, a new family-friendly attraction in town has opened their doors to the public.
It’s the first of its kind in Yuma County, Get Air Yuma Trampoline Park located at 3121 S. 4th Ave. is exactly what it sounds like. With locations across the country, Get Air Yuma is one of the largest trampoline parks in the world.
Construction of Yuma’s latest attraction took about a year. Now, residents can head to Get Air Yuma to start jumping. Before, you must sign a waiver online or in-person.
Jennifer Herrera, General Manager of Get Air Yuma Trampoline Park, said the franchise saw an opportunity here in Yuma to open the park because of the population number and the amount of families.
Herrera said in three words, Get Air Yuma is: “Fun. Athletic. Motivating.”
She has one goal in mind when people walk through those doors.
“Kind of motivate you and to know that you’re doing it safely,” Herrera added.
The park is full of trampolines, a basketball hoop, surfboard, and the best feature, Herrera said, is the Ninja Challenge Course.
She said it allows people to challenge themselves to do something they usually wouldn’t do.
“The Ninja Course is something you wouldn’t be able to do in your backyard. There are monkey bars, cargo nets, a rock wall to go across, it challenges you,” she added.
The fun doesn’t stop there. In the back of the building is a party room area accompanied by a photo booth with props!
Parents said that the trampoline park is an important addition to the Yuma community, especially when it is too hot outside.
“You hear about places like this in like Phoenix and it’s just cool to have something new and the kids are safer you can watch them from anywhere,” Annahi Perez, local mother, said.
“I think it’ll be a great addition to a lot of young families,” Mary Baker, a local mother, added.

Monday is Family Night: Groups get 20 percent off. Tuesday and Thursday are Toddler Time for those 46 inches and under from 10 a.m. – noon. Wednesday is a day for students. All students get 20 percent off. Club Air is Fridays and Saturdays from 9 p.m. to close and features music and black lights.
