YPD alerts residents of sex offender

The Yuma Police Department is alerting the community of 62-year-old sex offender Thomas Clifford Landers who is now residing in Yuma County.

Landers is six feet, 235 pounds, with brown hair and blue eyes.

YPD said on December 28, 1998, Landers was convicted on one count of Sexual Assault (Sexually Motivated).

YPD said Landers is a level three sex offender with a high risk to re-offend and is residing in the 300 block of Third Avenue.
