Man’s trial setting postponed after changing prosecution multiple times

The man arrested for attempting to make fraudulent returns of over 1.3 million dollars in Walmart merchandise appeared in court Tuesday.

Thomas Fraduker , 23, was arrested back in June suspected of committing these transactions at over 1,000 Walmarts across the United States.

Fraduker was in court for a trial setting and change of plea.

Fraduker ‘s lawyer asked the judge for more time since the case has changed prosecution three times now.

“We’ve kind of been in limbo this whole time,” his lawyer said.

The judge agreed and extended the trial setting and change of plea for two weeks from now.
