Cambridge scholars celebrated at Kofa High School

Kofa High School hosted a continental breakfast on to honor students who earned a qualifying score on one or more Cambridge end of course exams on Wednesday, October 3.

Students and their parents were treated to food prepared by Kofa Culinary Arts students and were honored by KHS Principal Mike Sharp.

Students also received certificates for their accomplishments.

Cambridge International Examinations are a globally recognized series of examinations designed to establish readiness for university-level work.

The Yuma Union High School District implemented the examinations six years ago as part of their mission to prepare every student for career and college upon graduation.
