What are Arizona and California’s favorite Halloween candy? Find out here

In a new state-by-state study by Candystore.com, the interactive map shows the top Halloween candy for 2018.

In Arizona, Snickers took first place for the most popular Halloween candy. Hot Tamales came in second and Hershey Kisses followed in third place.

California’s favorite Halloween candy is Skittles, followed by M&M’s and Assorted Salt Water Taffy.

The Candystore.com study analyzed 11 years of data, looking at the months leading up to Halloween. It also measures the candy consumption in pounds.

Nationwide, the top candy is Skittles.

According to the website, the National Retail Federation estimates shoppers will spend $2.6 billion on Halloween candy.
