Gov. Doug Ducey to discuss major drug seizures at press conference
Governor Doug Ducey will hold a press conference with the Department of Public Safety Director Colonel Frank Milstead to discuss a recent string of major drug seizures by the Arizona Border Strike Force on Monday.
The Arizona Border Strike Force is a collaboration between local, state and federal agencies to protect Arizona communities by stopping the flow of criminals, narcotics, weapons and ammunition trafficked in the state.
It was created at the direction of Governor Ducey in September of 2015.
The press conference will begin at 10 a.m.
It will be at the DPS Southern Arizona headquarters located at 6401 S. Tucson Blvd. in Tucson, Arizona.
