Donate blood: How you can help those affected by Hurricane Florence

Help keep the blood supply strong. Vital blood donations drop dramatically after Hurricane Florence.

Local blood supplies are already low following the Labor Day holiday. Help is needed to make sure those affected by Hurricane Florence can get the transfusions they require.

While all blood types are needed, type O is in the greatest demand.

Gila Bend:

Tuesday, September 18, 8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. at Gila Bend High School & Community, 308 N. Martin Ave.

Yuma:

Thursday, September 20, 9:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m., Yuma Regional Medical Center, 399 W 32nd St., Corp. Center Kokapelli Conference Room

Saturday, September 22, 9:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m., Yuma Regional Medical Center, 2400 S. Ave A, Yuma Conference Room
