Man sought for questioning in triple murder turns himself in

The man sought for questioning in connection to the triple murder, that happened on September 3, turned himself in Friday and was booked with multiple drug charges.

According to the Yuma County Sheriff’s Office, 19-year-old Jimmie Jordan turned himself in at around 10 a.m. Friday and is facing ten felony charges varying from drug paraphernalia to narcotic sales

A search warrant was conducted by YCSO on Wednesday at the 8400 block of South Yavapai Lane in connection to the triple murder. Authorities soon began to seek Jordan for questioning.

YCSO received reports of a dead body found inside a home at around 1:22 p.m. on September 3. Authorities discovered three men that were found with apparent gunshot wounds inside the home.

The victims were identified as 20-year-old Grady Baxter, of Yuma, 19-year-old Nicholas Grabbe, of Yuma, and 24-year-old Javier Sanchez, of Yuma.
