Senator Kyl to be sworn in by Gov. Doug Ducey on Wednesday

Senator Jon Kyl will be sworn in by Governor Doug Ducey to replace the late Senator John McCain on Wednesday.

Ducey tweeted the photo below in regards to the appointment that will be held on the senate floor at 9:45 a.m.

Cindy McCain said Kyl is a dear friend and that she believes it is a great tribute to her husband, for Kyl to step back into public service for the state of Arizona.

Sen. McCain died last month after his battle with brain cancer.
