The Great Food Truck Race episode in Yuma airing Thursday
The Food Network’s The Great Food Truck Race episode featuring residents of Yuma will be airing Thursday night.
The episode titled “Bordertown Boom” will have the show’s host Tyler Florence present the teams a relay challenge involving artichokes and bacon. The teams are expected to add these ingredients to an original dish from their menu and start selling, according to the show’s website.
Following the challenge, one team will be eliminated and the final three trucks will head to their next destination.
The food trucks visited Yuma County back in April where locals had the chance to enjoy food made by the competing food trucks.
The episode airs on Food Network Thursday at 6 p.m.
