The Humane Society of Yuma invites pet lovers and pets to ‘Pawblo Pawcasso’

The ‘Pawblo Pawcasso’ exhibition is a first of its’ kind in Yuma.

The Humane Society of Yuma teamed up with the Yuma Art Center to bring this animal experience to the Desert Southwest.

Pet owners are welcomed to visit the exhibition along with their pets as long as the pet is on a leash. The exhibit is open for a limited from August 7 to August 11 from 10am-8pm. A public reception will be held at the Yuma Art Center, Friday, August 10 from 6 pm to 8 pm with a silent auction closing at 7:30 pm.

Tons of local artists have donated pieces to this exhibit. You can expect colorful, lively art. Even more intriguing is that many of the inmates from the local state prison drew and painted a large portion of the paintings up for auction and donated them for a great cause.

All donations will go towards The Humane Society of Yuma.
