Arizona man arrested for preying on 13-year-old Florida teen online

A Tucson man accused of luring a 13-year-old girl online from Winter Haven, Florida was arrested at his home last week, according to the Polk County Sheriff’s Office.

PCSO said detectives traveled to Arizona and served an arrest warrant for 30-year-old Kevin Dock, on August 2.

Authorities said that Dock solicited the Winter Haven teen online, sent her pornographic images of himself, video chatted and solicited her to perform sex acts.

The press release from PCSO also stated that he gave her directions to buy a bus ticket to come to Arizona to be his “sex slave and other stuff.”

A written statement showed that on July 30, the victim’s parents contacted the sheriff’s office to report their daughter missing.

The investigation later revealed the Greyhound bus tickets in the child’s room with the name “Kevin Dock” on them.

PCSO said the minor returned home that afternoon and told her parents she was headed to Arizona to see “a friend.”

She told her parents they met online.

PCSO said the two met online on Roleplay.Me website and they continued their conversation on Google’s Hangouts app.

Detectives proceeded to chat with Dock online, posing as the victim.

PCSO reached out to the Tucson Police Department to help assist them with locating and arresting Dock.

Tucson Police have now opened an investigation of Dock due to child pornography being discovered on Dock’s electronic devices in his home.

Dock will be extradited to Polk County to face more than a dozen felony charges, according to PCSO.
