Charges dismissed against KYMA reporter

Domestic violence charges filed against KYMA newscast reporter Vanessa Dillon have been dismissed without prejudice by a Yuma Municipal Court Judge.
The Yuma Prosecutor’s office requested dismissal based on the facts presented in the case.
Dillon was arrested Sunday, July 29 on misdemeanor charges of assault and disorderly conduct.
KYMA management temporarily suspended Dillon from her on-air duties as the case was being investigated.
Dillon tendered her resignation effective August 6 , 2018.
