VR Experience
Enjoy the thrill of virtual reality at the library! On Wednesday, July 25, adults and teens are invited to the Main Library at 6:30 p.m. to test out Oculus Rift and PlayStation 4 virtual reality systems. Experience three dimensional environments and learn how VR helps those with sensory needs. Ages 13 and older welcome. There is no charge to attend.
The systems were purchased as part of the Library District’s new LEADing (Libraries Enabling Assistive Discovery) Technology Project for people of all ages with physical and developmental disabilities.

5th Annual Back to School Fair
The San Luis Library is hosting the 5th Annual “Back to School Fair” on Friday, July 27, at 9:00 a.m.
Discover the resources you need to be ready for the new school year and the after school activities that the library offers for you and your family. Representatives from community agencies will provide additional information about services they provide. Students of all ages will receive a backpack filled with school supplies (while supplies last) courtesy of the Friends of Yuma County Libraries, Inc., the San Luis Fund, and the Arizona Community Foundation of Yuma.
Students, parents, and educators are welcome. There is no charge to attend.

Nat’l Day of the Cowboy Movie Marathon
Celebrate National Day of the Cowboy at the Wellton Library! On Saturday, July 28, families are invited to the library at 10:30 a.m. for a Cowboy Movie Marathon. Join us for a variety of Western movies based on books. There is no charge to attend.
