Yuma County Library new tech devices for the community

The Yuma County Library has introduced tech devices that have had a positive impact on the community.

Youth Services Manager Hannah Stewart said the devices took time to create but have been in discussion over the years.

“We started talking about it actually a few years ago in terms of what we could start doing to provide resources to the community that we haven’t provided yet ” said YSM Hannah Stewart.

The new tech devices include interactive display tables and digital pens for scanning as well as a new self-checkout system.

“We enjoy providing special needs groups with the opportunity to come play with these so we are happy to work with your schedule, give us a call, we love doing all of this anytime that were available” said YSM Hannah Stewart.
