Pet Talk: Meet Ramen and Precious
In tonight’s Pet Talk, we re-introduce you to two animals that have been at the shelter for a while and now their time is limited.
First up is Ramen. This 8-year-old lab mix is such a loving dog. He was surrendered by his owners for not getting along with cats. Other than that, Ramen seems to get along with just about anybody. He’s a little quirky and enjoys just hanging outside. Due to him being older, don’t expect him to go on a three miles hike with you, but he does have a lot more energy than one would expect. Someone who has the time to take him on walks and play fetch with him would make for a perfect fit. He weighs about 55 pounds and is already neutered. His days are limited at the shelter as he has been there for a couple months now so please take a chance on Ramen, for you could be the one to save his life.
Next is a gray beauty named Precious. A very personable cat, she loves human attention. She was an owner turn in because she didn’t get along with the other cats in the household. If you are interested in Precious she needs to be your only pet. She loves to play and roll around and doesn’t mind being held. While she looks very young, she is said to also be 8-years-old and weighs about 10 pounds.
If you are interested either Ramen or Precious, you can call the Humane Society of Yuma at (928) 782-1621. They are open Tuesday through Sunday.
