Circle K robbery suspect pleads guilty to one count
One of the suspects tied to a convenience store robbery this year pleaded guilty to one count of aggravated robbery.
Gil Daniel Juarez appeared before a judge Wednesday morning in Yuma County Superior Court and changed his plea.
Juarez was facing multiple charges, including theft and armed robbery with a deadly weapon.
The robbery happened January 3 at the Circle K at 637 E. 32nd St. Yuma police said two men entered the store and took an undisclosed amount of cash.
Juarez was one of the four suspects arrested.
He will be sentenced July 11.
