Buffalo Wild Wings partners with local youth program for team up for kids intiative

The Boys and Girls Club of Imperial Valley are teaming up with Buffalo Wild Wings as part of the restaurant’s Team Up for Kids Initiative.

Ten percent of sales for tomorrows total sales at the El Centro location as well as guest donations will go directly to the youth program. Which they will use buy uniforms for an all star dance competition.

Misty Lee, the executive director of the Boys and Girls Club of Imperial Valley says, “the dance competition is important to the kids because, it gives them a sense of belonging. It gives them an opportunity to be physically fit. To work together as a team. And to have a sense of pride in what they’re doing. It helps build their confidence.”

Lee also says the funds for the all star dance competition gives the local kids an opportunity to step up their game and sense of accomplishment and a good time.
