Pet Talk: Meet Tommy and Adrian
It’s time to revisit an old friend and meet a new feline companion. Adrian a black pit bull mix has been at the shelter for 113 days and counting. We featured him before, but his days are limited.
Adrian deserves a yard to run in and a family to call his own. Estimated to be around 3 to 4 years old, Adrian needs to be the only dog in the household. He is extremely dominant. He is super loving towards humans and would be great for a family with kids. He still needs some training, but he responds well to treats. If you want a loving companion that has a burst of energy and will keep you on your toes, Adrian has that personality.
Next is Tommy. This white and orange 12 pounder cat loves a good rub. He also likes to talk, as he is very vocal. He loves affection and doesn’t mind being held. Tommy was found wondering the streets of Yuma, but probably belonged to someone at some point because he’s very domesticated. Seems to do just fine with other cats. Tommy is new to the shelter and hopes to find his forever home soon.
Please call the Humane Society of Yuma, if you are interested in Adrian and or Tommy. (928) 782-1621
