Local returns back from hurricane relief in Puerto Rico
A local is finally back home in Yuma from Hurricane Irma relief efforts in Puerto Rico.

Not only were families living off generators to power their homes for nearly five months, but the devastation still left on the island brings the attention of more work to be done.
