Arrested Imperial High student appears in court

The Imperial High School student arrested on charges of making criminal threats was back in court Monday afternoon. 18-year-old Karl Manaig and his defense team plead not guilty to charges of making criminal threats to other students Monday.

Manaig, a senior at Imperial High School, was arrested after students came forward and alerted staff of his plans to hurt other students at the school two weeks ago.
