coFARE changes the way you see local entertainment

A new way of seeing your favorite local entertainment is getting easier when you get paid for it. coFARE is an online service where artists can post their show and get ‘paid’ on the go. The idea came from a local in Yuma named Sonya and her husband Tim Flahetry, who wanted to make local entertainment easier to see when you’re paid to sell tickets. The website is free for either the merchant or the seller to sign up, where you can adjust the percentage of commission of sales and share a link to your social media to get paid. For every ticket sold using the link you share, the seller will get a percentage of ticket sales on the day of the performance. Yuma investors are excited about coFARE because of the similarities it has like Über and Lyft. They’re also looking forward to the impact it will have on the community in the future. The first show available on coFARE is the popular hit show ‘Girls Night’ starring local Sonya Flaherty at Gila Ridge high school.
