4th Avenue Gym to build new Foothills location
4th Avenue Gym has purchased 2.25 acres and will be building a new gym in the Foothills, SVN | Kaizen Commercial Real Estate announced today.
It was purchased February 2nd, 2018 and will allow 4th Avenue Gym to expand into the Foothills region.
SVN | Kaizen Commercial Real Estate represented 4th Avenue Gym for the purchase of the land, set to be built on Avenue 8E & 32nd Street.
The real estate firm stated that it is their goal and honor to promote the business, entrepreneurship and investment activities within Yuma County, according to the press release.
They purchased the acres from Jacobson Companies Inc.
“The future is in the Foothills,” Justin Haile, owner of 4th Avenue Gym said.
Haile plans to build immediately and said customers have wanted a Foothills location.
“The City of Yuma has always had the best gyms for people to use and our goal is to flip the switch and give the Foothills the best gym in Yuma County,” Haile added.
