For many of us, Christmas is a time for friends, family and of course presents. But, many times Santa may miss his mark and give us gifts me may not want or need. And, that means you’ll be heading back to the store in hopes of returning said gift. According to the Oporto Firm each year consumers return more than $90 billion in products; 40 percent of consumers return presents either the day after or two days after Christmas.
