PET TALK: Meet “Eva” and “Rango”
In tonight’s edition of Pet Talk. We meet a large and in charge feline named Eva and a German shepherd mix named Rango. Both Eva and Rango are older animals looking for that second chance at finding their forever family.
First, we have Eva. A large adult Tortoiseshell cat. She was an owner turn in and was brought to the shelter in September. At five years old, there’s no reason Eva shouldn’t be adopted. She’s a beautiful cat that loves to play. She’s good with other cats and would make a great addition to your family. She is spayed and ready to meet you.
Next, we have Rango. A German shepherd Husky mix. He was a citizen turn-in for reasons that are unknown. He is a super friendly older fella, weighing around 62 pounds. Not too active, it would be great if Rango went to a family that was able to take him on walks, but mostly stayed in doors because he loves to lounge. He is also great on a leash and responds well to treats. He is neutered and has been at the shelter since September.
If you are interested in either Eva or Rango, you can call the ‘Humane Society of Yuma’ at (928) 782-1621. They are open Tuesday through Sunday and for more information you can head to Madison Kimbro’s facebook page @madisonkyma.
